30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the item(s) were received.
All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment or Store Credit. If you choose Store Credit a code will be emailed directly to you. Store credit will never expire & it can be used freely at any time on our website.
Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned because of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc).
Please note, item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. A refund may be denied if item(s) are returned dirty, have excessive amounts of animal hair, missing parts, or if the product is deemed unsellable.
To start a return or exchange, please submit the form below. Once reviewed we will email you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Return Instructions.
To return, reseal the packaging your item was shipped in or shipping container of your choice.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please be sure to save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. If you are local, we can coordinate a direct drop off to us as an additional return option.
