Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We ship all orders via USPS & UPS. We currently only ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by increased holiday volumes or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also access the tracking number on your "My Orders" page. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Pre-Orders
Please refer to the product page with details outlining estimated shipping timeframes for all Pre-Order items. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. If there are unexpected delays on pre-orders, you will be notified by us via email.
